Guild Objectives
We ask that everyone thoroughly reads this statement and posts a reply to this saying that you understand.
Guild Objective:
Brawl is trying to advance into 25 man content to progress and work together, at the same time we pride ourselves on our casual nature and pursuit of having a good time. With that in mind we ask that everyone remember that as you progress and work your way through the World of Warcraft that you are an ambassador of Brawl and that all of our actions reflect the guild. We enjoy having a mix of raiders and casual players; we don’t require any form of raid attendance. We just kindly ask that if you sign up you show up and bring you’re a game to help us all progress
Raid Rules:
Required add-ons:
Every member needs to have Deadly Boss Mod, Omen and also Group Calendar for raid sign-ups
Sign-ups:
Make sure to sign up preferably 24 hours before the start of the raid. If you sign up and are not able to make it please change your status on Group Calendar. If you sign up and don’t show up it can affect your raid spots in the future.
Buffs:
For progression 25 mans and ZA people are expected to bring food buffs and also some form of flasks and elixirs.
Performance:
WWS will be used to track performance. This is mostly so we can see what people are doing to help point them in the right direction but also to gauge who are the people that perform on the higher end.
Raid Spots:
Raid spots are given to people who sign up. As the guild grows there will naturally be competition for spots. At that point spots will be given out at officers discretion but we will be looking at Performance, Attendance, Intelligence (not screwing up in raids) and Contribution to guild.
Guild Ranks:
Ranks are given out at the discretion of the officers and can also be taken away if needed
King:
GM, Handles the organization of guild and is in charge of the overall development of the guild
General:
Primary raid leader and in charge of mapping performance in raids
Templar:
Officers, there to help when needed, can withdraw full access from guild bank
Champion:
Most dedicated raiders that also contribute to the guild in many ways, have limited withdraws in all bank tabs
Knight:
Consistent raiders with good attendance and consistent performance
Citizen:
Raiders, Causal Players and PVPers
Stable Hands:
Alts

Re: Guild Objectives
Trying the reply again. Didn't go through the first time.
Sounds good. And as a reminder, even if you have the mods, check to make sure they're up-to-date.
